After following a passion for drinking coffee, I found myself working for a couple of different cafes, both international chain and independent, from here that passion grew and I started working for Miko Coffee SW as a barista trainer, as well as running cupping session on both their commodity coffee and their Specialty coffee. As part of my role at Miko I would alongside account managers to gain new customers and retain existing ones. I then had the opportunity to open my own cafe ( a dream of mine for almost a decade) The Larder, and we do amazing, coffee, bunch and homemade cakes. I opened The Larder January 2020 just before the country went into lockdown (what a scary time) since the The Larder has thrived. Growing a customer from scratch and maintaining a high standard.
