• Developed software for processing and analyzing neural and behavioral data collected by a combination of proprietary and in-housesystems.• Developed software for the control of experiments, including control of motor controllers and electrical stimulation devices over serial andTCP/IP. Used real-time neural information to implement closed loop brain machine interfaces.• Created hard real-time embedded firmware for stm32 microcontrollers to provide time synchronization between multiple data collectionsystems and directly collect behavioral data.• Modified software for interfacing with prototype iEEG (Intracranial Electroencephalography) hardware to improve temporal accuracyrelative to other data streams from 10+ms to sub 1/4th ms.• Implemented redundant storage solutions for experiment data allowing remote access for collaborators.
