Before diving into the world of personal training and online coaching, I chased my childhood dream of becoming a pro ball player ⚾. My journey led me to the KC Royals, where I spent 3 memorable years on and off the field. It was here that my love for self-improvement took root, especially through my newfound passion for strength and conditioning 🏋️‍♂️.After my baseball adventure, I pivoted to become the Strength Coach for the STL Pirates Baseball Organization. This role aimed to catapult high school players towards promising careers in college and professional baseball. 🌟As I honed my craft, I began renting space inside the baseball facility, crafting a unique strength & conditioning program that not only transformed athletes but also their dedicated parents. This is where I forged my own training and nutrition philosophy, ultimately giving birth to my first venture, Pursuit Fitness 🏆.Over the course of a decade, Pursuit Fitness empowered over 1,500 men and women to achieve remarkable goals. From securing college scholarships 🎓, conquering weight loss battles, and regaining functional movement, we left no stone unturned in the pursuit of excellence.In the face of the 2020 pandemic, gyms took a hit, but I seized an opportunity to embark on a new adventure: launching a online coaching program. This approach focused on in-home exercise routines 🏡, personalized nutrition guidance 🥗, and a surplus of accountability 🔐. The results spoke for themselves, with clients achieving unprecedented success thanks to the increased accountability within the program.In July 2021, I made the bold decision to sell my gym and pour my heart and soul into my online coaching program, Vibrant Life 💃. My mission: to address a gap in the market by empowering women aged 50+ through four core pillars—fitness, nutrition, mindset, and unwavering accountability.At the heart of Vibrant Life lies our commitment to meeting women where they are, crafting simple, attainable plans that not only boost their confidence but also cultivate lifelong habits 🌟. Our goal is to extend lives, ward off disease, and keep our clients feeling eternally youthful.Vibrant Life has already touched the lives of over 800 women through personalized one-on-one coaching and has grown to include a team of more than 20 dedicated individuals in just a few short years. But our journey is far from over! 🌍 I'm perpetually on the hunt for passionate individuals and like-minded businesses to partner with, as we continue our mission of changing lives, one vibrant transformation at a time! 🤝
