• Led, concepted, and designed both the design system and admin application to give Merchants powerful tools to run their ecommerce business.
• As a scrappy startup, I led research initiatives to get to know our users' needs and ensure a highly technical product had a friendly user interface.
• Created and advocated company wider for design first principles as an organizing framework for the overall user experience on the Reaction platform.
• Led project to redesign the Reaction Commerce website in order to better speak to and to generate qualified customer leads. Vetted and managed the Design Agency to do initial work then personally designed all remaining.
• Concepted and led brand initiatives from marketing collateral, to content collateral, to company swag and presentations.
