Management of 80+ staff, responsible for the security, cleaning, hard and soft FM and maintenance of 10 Ministry of Justice Properties in the North West of the Country. On a daily basis liaise with multiple suppliers and service providers to ensure that value for money is given to our customer and ensure that the buildings and staff operate at the best possible level in line with company, customer and personal standards/expectations.

Currently dealing with Security Compliance in line with the contract bid across the MOJ TFM Contract. Working for the Security Risk Manager ensuring that Security Staff are Contract Compliant.

Responsilbe for the distribution of Security Officers across a variety of contracts in East/North East of England and all of Scotland.I am based out of G4S' Leeds Communication Centre where myself and the rest of the team recieve 00's of calls a day requesting Officers and personnel in a variety of Locations across England, Scotland and Wales, in the past of have been responsible for looking after Wales and others areas of England in the interim whilst persons were found to fill these positions before settling down to look after my own Regions.As an AOC i am responsible for Officer welfare through the Working Time Directive and ensureing they are safe and secure on site. The AOC has numerous roles all of which cannot be descirbed as it is a unique position within G4S and is not a general Area Operations Controller, by definition.

I provided emergency relief and holiday cover, for Security Officers, across the Midlands on G4S' prestigious Telereal Trillium Account working with the Department for Work and Pensions.

Point of contact for all customers in store. Responsible for resolving customers issues with faulty products and coming up with a suitable conclusion which kept the customer satisfied and ensuring the company didn't lose a valued customer. I provided a front of house service dealing with customers on a daily basis and ensuring that there experience in store was met by the companies, and my own, high standard.
