Current• Successfully led the acquisition and implementation of Jobvite applicant tracking software• Planned and led recruiting fairs, open houses, and Pathway to Profession• Expanded Utah Transit Authority community outreach program• Successfully setup and led the roll out of the Diesel Intern program, which has led to three interns hired and one converted to full time, and expanded the program from one school to now three schools• Successfully moved Utah Transit Authority new hire paperwork from paper form to electronic process, this has allowed the Talent Acquisition Team to reduce first day HR process from over and hour to 15-30 minutes depending on the position• Successfully managed all of Utah Transit Authority recruiting contracts with outside vendors, along with leading contract negotiations and new contract implementations• Instrumental in automating the new hire import process to reduce the amount of time it takes for a Talent Acquisition Team member to get a new hire active in JDE• Successfully trained both new members of the Talent Acquisition Team on policies and procedure’s• Over sees compliance for EEO, I9, e-Verify, and many other compliance initiatives
