Home Construction and Renovations- Carpentry (build concrete forms, build decks and fences and gates, reframing walls, finishing work)- Concrete work (pour and level cement footings and pads)- Landscaping (Design and construct new garden plans, lay or seed lawns and maintain, remove or plant new vegetation, build retaining walls)- Painting (interior)- Service and repair sprinkler systems- Install drywall and insulation- General construction labour

- OoO is an honour society which recognizes the top 3% of the UBC Greek system based on leadership and community involvement.- Conducted a team building chapter retreat.- Chaired chapter and officer meetings.- Initiated the first All-Greek Semi-Formal.- Oversaw OoO’s staple events of Songfest and Mr. Greek (as a part of Greek Week).- Our chapter was selected by Order of Omega International Headquarters for the 2012 Outstanding Chapter Award based on a 35 page application demonstrating the accomplishments that our chapter had realized that year.

- Planned and implemented a strategy for recruiting the top 3% of Greek leaders at UBC.- Developed a multi stage selection process to ensure quality of applicants.- Planned the initiation ceremony and banquet.- Initiated the Up-And-Coming Leader scholarships giving to a fraternity and sorority member in their 1st or 2nd year.

Organized and planned layouts for heavy machinery, Directed the off-loading and placement of equipment by crane, Constructed steel platforms, Pipefitting, Operated lifts and worked at heights, Controlled street traffic, First aid attendant.

- GSA is an academic honour society which recognizes the top scholars of the UBC Greek System. - Chaired officer meetings and worked with team to establish GSA at UBC- Implemented a strategy for increasing the number of applications three fold over the previous year.

- Created a budget for the governing body of the fraternities at UBC which represented over 1300 members from 9 fraternities.- Conducted banking through the UBC AMS and oversaw all transactions by the IFC- Provided financial data to chapter delegates and presidents.- Conducted the first ever investigation to determine the number of members in each fraternity.- Collected dues from each chapter based on their chapter rosters.- Collected money from chapters for bar parties organized by IFC- Collaborated with Panhellenic VP Finance on joint ventures.

- Oversaw the Minor Executives.- Delegate to the IFC.- Planned chapter’s Semi-Formal (Christmas Banquet), Formal (Weekend trip to Manning Park), and Post-Initiation Banquet.

- Planned and installed lawn sprinkler and landscape lighting systems for homes across the Lower Mainland.

- Trained as Cook, Finisher, Cashier, Crew Trainer, Team Leader, and Swing Manager.- Managed a team of up to 25 during lunch as well as a skeleton crew at opening and closing.- Collected, counted and deposited revenues from sales.- Organized team building exercises outside of work.- Member of softball team.
