While I spent several years in San Diego for college, Ventura County is my true home. Most of my relationships, both personal and professional, were built here, and I look forward to building one with you as both a friend and a client.My professional journey began in Customer Service. By 19, I was promoted to Customer Service Team Manager at a retail store, where I honed my skills in multitasking, team management, relationship building, leadership, and teamwork. In 2015, I transitioned into Financial Services and Payment Processing. This role allowed me to engage with business owners one-on-one and master consultative selling practices. I learned to listen, understand, and adapt to their needs as their businesses evolved, negotiating win-win agreements. Over the years, I assisted thousands of clients, learning the invaluable lesson of building and sustaining long-term relationships.In 2023, after nearly a decade in the payment processing industry, I founded Limelight Payments with the vision of providing a more personalized approach to handling customer needs.
