I am an advanced practice pharmacist and healthcare operations leader with board certifications in HIV, geriatric, and ambulatory care pharmacy; and healthcare management. I thrive on using my abilities as a leadership executive to create clear business vision, increase operational efficiencies, grow revenue, decrease waste, as well as teach and mentor pharmacy leaders. My career has included a progression of serving in pharmacy operations and healthcare administration roles for major retail pharmacies (Albertsons and CVS) as well as nonprofit medical practices (The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates). I have screened, hired, and trained pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, developed and led centers of excellence and key healthcare programs, implemented strategic initiatives, and ensured compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. I completed the MBA program at Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business, to elevate my business training and leadership acumen.
