Many of my clients have a public profile, and instruct me when the stakes are high.The majority of my practice involves acting for high net worth individuals and families in private wealth disputes relating to trusts and estates. The disputes I act in are often multi-jurisdictional, complex and involve serious allegations of wrongdoing, including fraud.In the Court of Protection I frequently act for both applicants and respondents in financial abuse cases and applications for statutory wills, lifetime gifts, contested powers of attorney, deputyships and health and welfare decisions.
