Ryan has worked every position in the restaurant industry. He has help to lead many teams through his leadership development and his knack to maximize profit through implementing certain strategies to maximize efficiency and operations in restaurants. His experience in front and back of house plus mastering financials has helped to grow a business of his own. He successfully opened 2 food carts in NE Portland and now is venturing on his own.In 2018, Ryan now owns Rollin' Fresh NW. He continues his passion of developing his employees into leaders, and maximizing profit through implementing his own systems and setting high standards to provide the best product to his guests. Ryan is in charge of all accounting, payroll, HR, and operations. He currently leads a team with 3 locations in less than a year. Ryan continues to perfect his craft so that Rollin' Fresh can continue to grow whole while keeping up with the quality and standards of his product.
