I advise on all phases of government procurement: acquisition planning, solicitation creation, award, protest litigation, and post award administration. I have provided legal counsel on thousands of procurements accounting for billions of dollars obligated. I have years of experience awarding and administering all types of contracts (firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, cost plus award fee, IDIQ, etc) for all types of acquisitions (supply, R&D, construction, service, A&E, etc). My experience includes advising on all types of disputes surrounding the acquisition or administration of those contracts to include litigating contracts worth billions of dollars at the GAO and the ASBCA on protests and claims.

I was the in house council for the midwestern region of Air Force hospitals and clinics. Provided legal guidance on institutional review boards, credentialing actions, HIPAA, STARK, and joint commission requirements.
