I have years of experience awarding and administering all types of contracts (firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, cost plus award fee, IDIQ, etc) for all types of acquisitions (supply, R&D, construction, service, A&E, etc). My experience includes advising on all types of disputes surrounding the acquisition or administration of those contracts to include litigating contracts worth billions of dollars at the GAO and the ASBCA on protests and claims.
