Develop, design and implement strategic pricing initiatives and other defined programs to achieve performance results. Support Category Management, including problem solving support, training, and deployment. Serve as the liaison with IT (e.g., development of business requirements, UAT and issue mitigation).Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise to identify areas of company-wide performance opportunities and challenges, as well as to develop innovative, effective solutions to said challenges. Deliver data-driven performance analysis and meaningful insights (trends, financial analysis, metrics development and tracking), leveraging data source mining and data analysis to develop and constantly improve pricing strategy and methodology. Support tool deployment and develop methodologies to drive field adoption, ensuring methodology and tools support objectives and are successfully employed across the company. Provide analytical research and modeling support with keen strategic insight. Develop effective relationships with field, IT, finance and senior management teams to help secure the commitment for strategic efforts.
