Develop, support and integrate the company’s brand marketing concepts into the talent acquisition department by:Creating the college intern onboarding experience through external marketing channels, internal communications (direct mailing and web-based), day-one welcoming event management and collected feedback through SurveyMonkeyManaging all logistics for University Recruiting events both internally and externally for Hiring Managers, Vendors, and Catering CompaniesCreating analytics on Smartsheets for benchmarking candidate (customer) experience and continually striving for operational excellence including fast turn-around time, candidate acceptance rate, and sourcing vehicles (web, referral, etc)Manage over the assigned portions of the onboarding process from start to finish with the usage of tools such as SuccessFactors, RedCarpet, Smartsheets, EchoSign, DocuSign and SAPManage travel/ travel expenses of candidates by booking (national and international) flights, hotels, and rentals then collected any receipts and bank account information to file reimbursements to APWork closely with recruiters and recruiting managers while keeping a rapport with hiring managers (These I just took from my own resume)
