10+ years experience within an automated industrial milling environment. Time served electrician with John Thompson and Sons Ltd and progressed through the ranks to now leading the electrical engineering team.Throughout my career within Thompsons, I've covered a broad variety of roles including installations, upgrades/general maintenance (both planned and reactive), fault finding & now supervising the electrical team.Post apprenticeship, I've continued to attend courses to further educate myself within my field. Some worthy of mentioning are HNC in electrical/electronic engineering, EPLAN Electric P8, The Safe Operation of HV Power Systems & C&G 2391.I always try to complete my work to the highest of standards and will continue to play my part in the successful team that is keeping Thompsons at the forefront of the animal feed manufacturing industry in Northern Ireland.
