Act as a liaison between customers, operators and operations.Process transport requests and date, enter them into the SAP planning board.Schedule assignments and coordinate activities for equipment, operators and crews.Track equipment locations and progress for pick-up and delivery schedule.Maintain all associated planning data in SAP system.Review and approve daily timesheets and truck tickets.Maintain awareness of changing weather conditions affecting transport operations and suspend activities if necessary.Monitor and maintain a log of all transports and personnel.Search for loads to match empty equipment.Track and report DOT violations to Operations Manager.Report to Operations Manger the daily status of equipment.
