Responsible for overall project fiscal success, planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, control, and Owner satisfaction, with little or no supervision. Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with Contract, safety standards, and quality standards. Responsible for the entire project, end to end, applying thorough technical knowledge of the construction process, the ability to multi-task responsibilities, and exceed the project goals.

• Contractor engaged as Owner’s Representative• Currently managing multiple capital projects exceeding 20 million in value, including a 40+ office rollout.• Work with municipalities and architects to take proposed projects through planning and zoning. • Mitigate financial and legal risks on a daily basis.• Develop project scoping documents• Develop projects for specific projects and analyzed portfolio strategies• Coordinate and Lead Architect / Owner meetings with Contractor and preferred vendors.• Maintain Brand Standards and adhere to brand book as established through marketing customer experience development• Create budgets, track budgets, and report monthly to the executive team.• Perform various administrative duties including; drafting AIA contracts, filing NOC’s, processing pay applications / invoices, and verifying all insurance requirements are being met.• Develop, monitor, and measure adherence to monthly metrics (i.e. scope, quality, budget completeness, schedule milestones, and checklist

• Managed all aspects of multiple commercial construction projects from design to closeout.• Conducted weekly job site meetings with subcontractors, architects, engineers and owner representatives. • Communicated with Architects and Engineers through RFI's and job site meetings to create solutions for construction problems and Blue Print discrepancies.• Completed Daily Reports, Weekly reports, Change Order requests, and many other forms consistent with construction procedures. • Worked closely with the owners, subcontractors, and vendors complete projects on time and under budget.
