Ryan was thrilled to join the ranks of Instacart in November of 2022 as Vendor Manager. As part of the Vendor Management team within the larger Customer Experience pillar, Ryan is bringing his 16 years of Training, Customer Service and Operations knowledge to the table. With a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Retention, Ryan is rolling up his sleeves and helping Instacart continue transforming the grocery industry in the US and beyond. Prior to Instacart, Ryan spent a decade and a half at Transunion, a global leader in credit information and information management services. He served as Project Manager, Training Manager, Vendor Manager and finished his tenure as Consumer Operations Manager II directly managing an organization that exceeded 900 associates. Ryan demonstrated considerable dedication and loyalty by relocating for months at a time to personally launch 5 contact centers in Asia, North/Central America and Africa. Responsibilities for each of these launches includes project management, training, quality assurance, information security, and recruitment.Before joining the TransUnion team, Ryan worked as a Project Manager for land developers D.A. Fetyko, Inc and Empire Land. In this role, he was accountable for all aspects of multi-million dollar land development projects in excess of 1,000 home sites from acquisition to entitlements and delivery of lots/building permits to home builders. Ryan graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA (Cal Poly). Ryan continues to stay on top of industry trends and innovations. He enjoys daily hikes with his 85 pound mixed breed doggie, raising his daughter born in 2021, escaping to his favorite off the grid hideaway, and relaxing with a game of billiards with timeless music playing in the background.
