• Manage over 150 Municipal RFQs • Oversee all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling RFQs are submitted in a timely manner.• Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of suppliers.• Track competitive RFQ data to be in line with current market trends• Work closely with purchasing on inventory and stocking requirements.

• Implement field trial programs in various disciplines, in field, greenhouse and laboratory with professional quality• Prepare experimental protocols, make assessments and record, collect and analyse data. • Prepare trial reports at the end of the trial to summarize findings.• Manage relationships with outside vendors and research contractors. • Maintain experimental areas and ensure that experiments can take place when planned, responsibilities may also include the mixing and application of pesticides.
