Provide expertise on best practice and applicable regulations within the EHR-Acquired Accreditation in EPIC’s Inpatient Clinical Documentation module-Acquired Proficiency in EPIC’s Inpatient Procedure Orders module-Analysis and development of new project build within EPIC to meet end-user needs-Level 2 (Intermediate level, service level) troubleshooting and support for EPIC and integrated downstream applications-Integral resource in configuring and testing EPIC/GE application deployment in preparation for opening day of LLUH's newly built 16 story hospital-Ensured EPIC and other downstream applications operation and end-user viability while supporting the successful opening of LLUH's newly built hospital

-Oversees the team that supports the QuadraMed EHR System and downstream applications for the entire Verity Health System-Coordinate all EHR software upgrades and database rollover processes-Manage all new QCPR (EHR) module builds throughout the Verity Health Network in conjunction with local Clinical Informatics and Information Technology staff-Working knowledge of all departments needs and processes as they relate to the EHR and all downstream systems. Oversee and assist in system modification/maintenance to improve the needs of a given healthcare facility/department-Develop HTML and database QCPR ARF Reports for all Verity Health Care facilities-Ensure successful reporting and attestation for Government regulated Meaningful Use and eCQM/IQR/OMS reporting extracted from QuadraMed-Successfully support(ed) all Verity Health Care facilities in reaching their own unique levels of attestation per Government regulations. Closely follow the ever-changing regulations and ensure continued compliance for each year's attestation needs-Successfully implemented CPOE at Saint Francis, Saint Vincent, O'Connor, and Seton Medical Centers-Expert knowledge resource for all Clinical Informatics staff at each Verity Health Care facility-Continue to work closely with the CMIO, Physician staff, Clinical Informatics, and Information Technologies to increase productivity, compliance, and Physician usage of the EHR

-Support the QuadraMed EHR System for the 5 Verity Health Care facilities (formerly Daughters of Charity Health Care facilities) (Saint Francis Medical Center, Saint Vincent Medical Center, Saint Louise Medical Center, O’Connor Medical Center, Seton Medical Center.)-Responsible for overseeing new QCPR (EHR) module builds throughout the Verity Health Network in conjunction with local Clinical Informatics and Information Technology staff.-Working knowledge of all department needs and processes as they relate to QCPR and all downstream systems. -Configuring the deliverable CORE database for QuadraMed-Building and maintaining procedures, result profiles, multiple fields, assessment screens and categories, ICGs, selection screens, generic tables, applications, desktops, data element dependencies (DEDs), and many other key aspects of the QCPR system-Analysis and development of 3rd party software integration with QCPR-Analysis, development, and maintenance of adult and pediatric rehabilitation modules-Assistance in analysis and turnover training throughout various QCPR releases-Developed HTML, database, and client specific QCPR ARF Reports-Assist in analysis and maintenance of the Quality Measure and Meaningful Use Attestation database and reports-Maintain the Controlled Medical Vocabularies and HITSP value sets on the CORE system
