Responsible to the Squadron Commander for the training, supervision, and mission execution of 10-person Joint Terminal Attack Controller flight. Lead project manager for 25 Joint Air Force/Army month-long training exercises with aircrew and ground personnel of all U.S. services as well as Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, each valued at several million dollars.

Responsible to the Task Force Commander for the integration of reconnaissance, fixed-, and rotary-wing aircraft into unit operations. Coordinated 200+ aircraft in support of 50+ missions and routinely made time-critical decisions in high-pressure situations to ensure safe mission accomplishment in the country's busiest airspace.
