Set-up and implementation of a warehouse facility in Carlsbad, CA. Managed all aspects of surfwear production from working with artists and designers to shipping the final product. This included overseeing all elements of the production process, subcontractors and inventory for the Canadian licensee of the O’Neill surfwear brand as well as producing private label clothing lines and trade show management at trade-shows including ASR, Long Beach and Magic, Las Vegas.
