As an assistant manager, I have had the multiple responsibilities in different locations. Rising to assistant manager from a cook in my first restaurant in Castleford, I have undertaken many responsibilities that have propelled me into a strong, confident and capable leader. In my role, I thrive in a fast-paced environment, overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. My responsibilities include shift management, rostering, and maintaining high standards of service.I am dedicated to driving performance against key metrics and budgets, while fostering a positive team culture. Starting as a griller at the age of 18, I quickly began to adapt to adult life. With peers around me of all ages, it didn’t take long for me to understand all walks of life. I quickly learnt what makes the customer happy, good food! I took a step towards leading the grill team, ensuring we deliver not just food, but amazing food, leading to delivering great customer moments.
