Teamed with their PM staff for the design and build out of T-Mobile’s 2G/3G site on building “A.” The property consisted of a 97-acre site with luxury commercial and industrial real estate tenants. • High Profile Project Example, JFK Airport: (Queens, NY), worked on two unique site locations to improve airport terminal infrastructure. Designed new cell site near “Building 54” to bridge coverage gap for the main boulevard where customers arrive at the terminals. Due to environmental issues it was the first implemented ballast mounted tower for T-Mobile in the northeast region.
