Seeking out new business opportunities for Encom with an international flair. Looking to help in the development of plans to take over the world! Major goals being taking over new regions and vertical markets that have not previously been the major area of focus as well as helping bolster new product innovation through strategically targeted applications. Out of all this the major focus is making the customer experience better than ever.

Leading the Sales team in innovation and Change

Responsible for the strategic technology direction of the company, with a focus on product development and process refinement. Head of Engineering, Production, Customer Service and IT.

Head of engineering group at ENCOM Wireless, responsible for bringing online the next generation of products and services. Developed a new product line that drove the company to new markets and services.

Led the Production department and brought online a new Pick and Place machine. This helped to reduce production time, material costs and all process. With an eye for process improvements and engineering design philosophies; the processes brought about from my role there is still in place today.

Purchased and ran a chain of liquor stores in the Calgary region. Grew the margins for the company by developing a brand name and advertising for the local stores. Increased sales in the stores by a factor of 20% in the first year of business. This truly helped to increase the entrepreneurial mindset and develop a deep understanding of retail businesses.

Responsible for the company's first windows based software platform for the operation and processing of their hyperspectral remote sensing devices. Worked on the firmware readout system for a new CASI sensor, as well as a new thermal sensor.
