Facilitate KSU Mathematics and Science professors in preparing presentations as well as providing a bank of new ideas for recruiting a variety of new math and science teachers while enhancing the effectiveness of current teachers. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing documents; creating graphical representations of data; creating brochures for recruiting purposes; learning about new software to manage files and contacts; as well as aiding faculty members in preparing for seminars by gathering necessary materials, proofreading presentational powerpoints, and attending to the needs of faculty members during those seminars.

The primary goal while serving at Cracker Barrel was to please people. Other responsibilities included upholding a professional appearance and store image; working efficiently without sacrificing excellence; utilizing teamwork to ensure tasks are accomplished; and serving until the last customer is ready to leave.

Assist a diverse population of students from grades K-12 in the study of mathematics and science. Specific areas of instruction include, but are not limited to, CRCT prep, EOCT prep, SAT/ACT prep, and ASVAB prep.

Greet students and parents upon arrival to Sylvan Learning Center. Answer phone calls, make appointments, prepare students' materials for the lessons, and clean up the materials after the lessons.
