My main responsibilities included repair in front end and alignments and diagnosis of drive linecomponents. Other responsibility consisted of minor electrical repair to engine removal and diagnosis. Past seven years was foreman assistance . Responsibility consisted of answering and assisting techs questions and concerns when foreman or service manger where out of the office. Sept1/17 to present have been lead technician (Foreman). responsibilities consist of diagnosis of complex noise/vibration concerns, automatic trans concerns, assisting in electrical diagnosis and much more. I am responsible to train new techs and development of the other techs, also assistingtower operator/service manager if sick or unavailable. Go on road tests with customer to attempt to repair vehicles first go around. I'm in charge of training the techs to become factory trained. i currently have a level 3 certification with FCA in all skill areas.
