Determined appropriate methods to repair Primary Structural Elements (PSEs) of the fuselage for all models of the Boeing 737 Next Generation Fleet of over 3500 aircraft on an individual aircraft basis.Documented and outlined repair guidelines and configuration drawings for machinists to follow, sometimes based on existing Structural Repair Manual (SRM) instructions, for 4-8 service request a day.Designed, evaluated and documented various adaptive repair configurations for the SRM to be used by the whole Boeing 737NG Fleet.Provided on-call service on alternating weekends and holidays.
