This included not only the selection and management of the teams involved but also the health and safety requirements, the completion of risk assessment management forms, the organisation of the venue, research of rules and regulations and the provision of professional support. • The role required the ability to assess situations on the spot and demanded accountable actions immediately. These included medical emergencies, students’ mental health issues, resident conflicts and fire drills.• During my time in this position I have developed new skills in teamwork and leadership, as well as improving my time management abilities.
