Designed and managed workflows for day-to-day and long-term HR, Operations, and Finance strategies. This position directed all HR functionality, managed grant spending and compliance, and general operations procedures for an organization with 20 employees and a $2M budget.

Cannacist is a mobile application that provides information to those using cannabis to address medical needs. Using a science-based approach, the app suggests which cannabinoids and terpenes will best address certain medical conditions for the end-users.
