I have always been a problem solver, I can't leave things alone that can be improved or made more efficent in the most professional way. With the least experience I can make the greatest change. I once worked for UTC carrier in Indy they gave me a temperary position as spyder (parts for line and change over, my legs went everywhere). I was given bill of material (bom) to make things easier on group leader, I asked too many questions. In three weeks time I improved production by 35% decreased shutdown time by 100%. I ran too many casings and made multi-million doller line short and out produced them, I lost my job (unions).No matter what field I have been in I have done the same, production, sales, landscapeing, or just managment styling to get the most out of workers. I think being a working manager is key to being fallowed and change is a forward stride to continued perfection of trade.Specialties: Everything that I get into I'm ENTJ my type excells in upper managment, politics, military education, finance, high school education, computer related jobs.
