I have over 20 years of experience in operations, management, and business unit leadership in artificial lift. In the early years of my career i was deployed all over the world providing design, deployment, troubleshooting, and training for Progressing Cavity pumping systems and continuous rod system applications.I have developed a strong passion for operational management and problem solving. My experiences of helping clients to deliver reliable artificial lift solutions on virtually every continent around the world has provided me with the knowledge necessary to understand what it takes to consistently meet and exceed the clients expectations.As a global artificial lift business unit leader, technical and operations knowledge is important, but leadership skills are paramount. Ultimately it becomes the people around you that will make you successful. Nothing gives me more pride than helping my team members develop as individuals and realize their own successes.
