Key member of Revenue Cycle team to implement and deploy Epic's Revenue Cycle Platform into Ardent's Hospitals and Physician Practices.

Primarily responsible for working directly with our Chief Medical Officer on the creation and implementation of Clinical Initiatives to include Process Improvement, Clinical and Business Application Implementations, and various projects supporting several functional groups. Additional accountablity for accomplishing the stated project objectives as outlined by the business sponsor and through the project core team resources and influence.Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which is cost, time, and scope. Led several diverse teams in meeting the stated objectives and am expected to utilize professional judgment, excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, organization skills, and risk management skills. Recommending changes to systems and processes which will improve effectiveness and efficiencies in meeting project objectives.
