Developed an ACO registry in to capture attributed patients, and supporting visualizations and an analytic DataMart downstream in our data warehouse.· Implemented the calculation of a LACE score within Epic for use in the prediction of hospital readmissions.· Worked with care managers to integrate risk based metrics into EHR workflow with dashboards and scorecards.· Implemented physician dashboards using AHRQ quality metrics and variable cost data derived from hospital claims to drive behavior changes around supply utilization in the OR.· Developed set of monthly profitability reports and dashboards distributed to our senior leadership team and Board of Directors for use in strategic planning sessions.· Developed a daily Executive dashboard in use by the WakeMed Leadership team to track key performance metrics against budget.· Developed a set of operational workflow reports for case management and Nursing staff that is used to support regulatory requirements and facilitate the meaningful use of information to deliver patient care. This included application security, Performance Management objects/repository, and enterprise configuration as well as regression testing of hot fixes and patches.• Led modeling, prototyping, and managed the development effort of 4 Business Objects Universes, including the implementation of a robust security model to restrict data access at varying job levels. • Managed development of internal training and on-boarding program for new users of BI applications as well as a change request process for report/application enhancements or new development.• Server Administration supporting 250+ Business Objects dashboard and report (WEBI/Crystal) users.• Develop database applications in MS Access and Oracle to support Sales, Marketing, and market development initiatives.• Data Warehouse report development for Sales, Marketing, and Product departments – MicroStrategy 7.x and Business Objects XIR2 WEBI applications.
