Most recently, at DePuy Synthes, I jumped into a supplier nonconformance investigation that was already 6X past it's timeliness metric. By taking the investigation team to the manufacturing floor, walking the process, and asking why the issue had occurred, the aged investigation was closed, and $140,994 was saved for Operations in 3 months by reducing product from being scrapped from 198 to 3 parts through the assignable cause identification.With a passion for products that better the lives of patients and an inner drive for continuous improvement, I'm at my best working on teams that are solving painful problems that bring impactful solutions to Healthcare.
