Ryan is an accomplished Australian vocalist and guitarist who has toured Europe many times over the course of his career.He has also been involved in all aspects of touring, from booking, stage and tour management, logistics, lighting and merchandise, to live and video performances and studio recording.Some career highlights include performing at the grand opening of the Austrian ski season, and performing for 150 hardened criminals in Stuttgart’s maximum security Stammheim prison.Ryan’s passion for music and mentoring has been a common thread throughout his career.He managed music retail stores for over 20 years, starting his retail career at HMV Australia where he quickly rose from the shop floor to management, gaining a deep knowledge of the business across all aspects including stock management/control, staff employment, team building/training, p&l reporting, budget implementation and more. He later moved to JB HiFi, where he honed his sales and leadership skills and was involved in the setup of numerous stores and managed their software department. It was here he found his true passion - mentoring sales staff and helping them sharpen their skills through intelligent questioning and uncovering customer needs, and helping them to achieve personal budgets and goals to become top performers and increase their earnings/commission.
