After leaving the Australian Military in my early twenties, I picked up my Electrical apprenticeship and began my journey into the building & construction industry. Having spent near a decade in various roles, I have developed a good grounding and understanding of the industry and the challenges that it faces. I’ve also had the opportunity to develop skills outside of the technical requirements of my trades, including networking, public speaking, presentations, business development, and a strong focus on relationship building. I have since moved my career towards the employment and training space, where I have found a passion for connecting with employers to help them with their workforce and training needs.
