I have spent my entire 20+ year career in the landscape industry. From an entry level laborer out of high school all the way to managing an operation of 60 plus team members and over 100 customers. I am a hands on type of person that likes to be involved even if it means getting a little muddy from time to time. I strongly believe that happy customers and an engaged team are the most important drivers for success in any organization and will always result in achieving bottom line financial success as well. My career is also my hobby. Most of my weekends are filled with the weekly tasks of home ownership but also thinking of ways to enhance the aesthetics of my property without breaking the bank and adding to the weekend honey-do list.
