As the Founder of the Berlin, Maryland Branch, I was appointed by the CEO to establish and grow a new office. I leased office space, staffed, and trained a team of inside sales representatives, successfully hiring over 20 team members within six months. This led to significant growth in personnel and vision over a three-year period. My role involved working with proprietary technology, including mobile payment terminals, point-of-sale systems, and integrated payments APIs. The Berlin Branch's impactful revenue growth contributed to the acquisition of Emoney.com by US Bancorp in 2018, enhancing Elavon’s e-commerce offerings and integrating our payment capabilities into customers' existing software.

As the Founder and CEO of Apogee Applications, I conceptualized, developed, and sold an easy-to-use mobile ordering system for small businesses, enabling them to compete with big-box retailers. Launched in 2014, Apogee Applications offered mobile ordering, loyalty, and electronic gift card functionality, achieving rapid growth and market penetration. The company was sold to ETS Corporation in 2016. Apogee Applications initially partnered with ETS Corporation, providing payment solutions via the Transvault payment gateway within our deployed applications.

Worked for NRG via Tech Promise LLC to further establish an understanding of network security and remote network management. Working directly with C-Level executives we were able to plan out, source and implement an entire 3000+ workstation inside sales operation for NRG Home Solar. This was a NJ based project that took over 2 years. During this time, I used my CCNA skillset as well as WAN/LAN knowledge to help design and implement this network. We also deployed 3000 Apple iPad with Ingenico Credit Card machines so that salespersons could collect deposits.

Coordinated the logistics behind the creation, assembly and preparation of aerial advertisements carried behind a small aircraft. Worked with customers to ensure desired results were delivered on-time and safely. Advertisements seen by 2+ million people per pass in summer months.
