- Lead the development and implementation of a robust EHS Management System design to mitigate risk and maintain compliance through the use of technology, tools, and educational awareness. - Create the framework of the H&S Department Structure at Stitch Fix - which includes job description development, interview screening, and on-boarding of 6 H&S professionals across the Stitch Fix Network.- Lead initiative to move Workers Compensation program from a Guaranteed Cost model to a Loss Sensitive Model resulting in reduction in overall Workers Compensation cost and saved ~$5.5M in the first year of inception.- Create and Facilitate the Zero Landfill sustainability initiative to reduce waste to landfill to under 10% by 2028 through cross functional (Quality, Packaging, Operations) partnership and milestone tracking to work towards creating a more sustainable Stitch Fix and safer planet.

- Lead the development and implementation of EHS programs and processes for operations in United States and Mexico. - Execute the safety assessment and environmental permitting for existing and new operations to mitigate risk and comply with regulations to protect our people and our planet. This includes to constructions of a 1.2M Sq. Ft. facility in Mexico. - Partner with Engineering and Material Science to ensure proper controls, procedures, and PPE was available based on the various processes and chemicals used in our operation.- Serve as a lead point of contact for all workers compensation claims and negotiations as it pertained to identifying and securing an insurance carrier that was able to support and adapt to our ever-changing needs and operations.

- Manage EHS departmental responsibilities for 600-person manufacturing plant and full service distribution center. Responsibilities included on-site security personnel and the scheduling, performance appraisals, and recruitment (as needed) of 4 direct reports. - Forecast and manage a $1.15M EHS budget to drive safety performance and maintain compliance with all regulatory and company requirements/polices. - Report quarterly EHS performance and corrective actions to senior and executive level operations teams. - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site EHS Program Leaders and oversee progress towards annual goals to maintain compliance and increase safety awareness. - Ensure compliance with facilities waste water treatment and discharge permit through development and education of site utility department.

- Manage EHS operations for a 400-person manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facility, which includes 2 direct reports, a bio-mass boiler, on-site wastewater treatment plant, and a Net Zero Waste operation. - Achieved reduction in recordable incident rate by 73% over a 36-month period through execution of the "Make Safety Personal" initiative on-site. Site was awarded the 2017 Site Safety Award of Excellence for top safety performance. - Led team of EHS Managers in the development and implementation of an EHS On-boarding Program to enhance new professionals experience and provide guidance and tolls while they acclimate to PepsiCo standards and processes.- Establish a Site Safety Committee composed of hourly and salary team members to increase safety awareness and promote a high-performance safety culture.

- Manage EHS operations and permitting for 18 Treatment, Storage, and Disposal facilities across Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.- Oversee compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as it pertains to Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, Driver Logs, and other aspects of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for over 150 drivers.- Conduct routine site audits to evaluate performance and develop corrective actions plans, in partnership with local site leadership, to address areas of opportunity with company, local, state, and federal regulations. - Stay up to date and advice senior management of regulatory changes, assess impact, and implement plans to ensure ongoing compliance. - Establish Regional Safety Committees composed of hourly and salary employees to increase safety awareness and promote a high-performance safety culture.- Develop and implement a company wide PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl) sampling and testing protocol to mitigate the likelihood of cross contamination with an extremely hazardous substance that could lead to expensive disposal costs and negatively impact operations.

- Manage EHS activities for 12 locations across Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas which include all manufacturing, distribution centers, and sales operations. - Oversee compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as it pertains to Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, Driver Logs, and other aspects of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for over 300 drivers. - Lead the development and execution of EHS Train the Trainer Courses to ensure site leaders are competent in delivering general awareness training to enhance education and awareness both at sites and in the field. - Co-led the Task Force team responsible for implementing new company machine safety and lock out tag out standards at manufacturing facilities across the Mountain Region (Utah, Hawaii, and Arizona). - Establish EHS goals for all locations which consist of reduction in incident rates (total recordable and lost time), number of inspections completed, training compliance, and cost avoidance. - Manage all workers compensation and auto liability claims through third party insurance carrier to mitigate loss.

- Manage EHS departmental responsibilities for a 480-person manufacturing operation and full service distribution center. - Maintain compliance with non-Title V Air Permit, Significant Industrial User Wastewater Permit, and Storm Water Permit.- Manage facility Hazardous Waste to ensure compliance with RCRA Large Quantity Generator (LQG) standards. - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site EHS Program Leaders and oversee progress towards annual goals to maintain compliance and increase safety awareness. - Lead facility recycling program that decreased waste to landfill by 58% in the first 12 months.

- Develop and Implement EHS programs, policies, and trainings to meet OSHA, EPA, and Company Standards for a 180-person Fiberglas Manufacturing operation. - Facilitate and lead safety activities to foster a safe working culture, achieving over 1-year recordable injury free - Develop and Implement site Pollution Prevention Plan to reduce the facilities impact on the environment and comply with regulatory requirements. - Maintain and oversee appropriate maintenance, conduct routine opacity readings, and facilitate stack sampling conducted on permitted air control devices [Scrubber] to comply with regulatory requirements as outlined in the facility's air permit.
