Stock Management, Planning, reporting, forecasting and budgeting of 20 product lines (7089+ stock items). Monthly reconciliation of the Inventory Assets, including budgeting and forecasting thereof. Liaisons with Manufacturer and Supplier personnel, nationally (7) and internationally (13) for all matters relating to the products and their supply thereof including pricing. Responsible for two Product line Co-ordinators, and overview there daily functions of both purchasing and supply, through to liaison with both customers and suppliers alike.Maintenance of the Bill of Materials within SAP, and the costing thereof. Reporting for all departments, these include once off reports and stored reports, making use of SQL Server 2000/05, Excel and power point. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the various product line price lists. This includes both sell out pricing and purchasing pricing, including display of Secondary costs (Duty, Freight etc.) and Gross Profit Margin percentages. Responsible for the release of the communication and implementation of any pricing amendments throughout the company and within our marketing documents which are published on our website. All new sell out and buy in pricing is updated into our ERP via the SAP Data Transfer Workbench (DTW). Upon implementation of SAP Business One, I designed a new method of price list generation through a vision report which extracts the pricing from the database, and in turn gets published to the website after being handed over to our marketing department. Set and revise all Stock holding levels monthly in line with our budgeted values. I monitor these values daily and make decisions relating to the extent of product purchasing in relation to current and upcoming projects. At month end I am responsible for the stock value on the Balance sheet, and for any discrepancies which arise during the working month.
