Project Information Management Lead
CurrentOrganizational Development• Advisor for Engineering Systems and Information Management scope of work in project proposals• Collaboration in establishment of standard Wood Project Information Management work processes, procedures, instructions, forms and practices to be utilized on projects• Support, guide and mentor company personnel and clients on major Oil & Gas projects to implement engineering design applications and information management systems, processes and proceduresProject Information Management• Responsible Information Management (IM) contractual requirements for projects• Oversight of project implementation and support of information management systems: Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), collaboration tools, and electronic signature application• Facilitating project needs thorough the use of information management and engineering systems• Establish IM requirements and work instructions governing and managing document and data deliverables • Support multiple concurrent projects • Coordinate handover of project document and data deliverables to clientEngineering Systems• Develop and manage Engineering Systems and Information Management (ESIM) scope of work from the its initial strategy through bid evaluations and into construction and commissioning phase; estimated TIC of $16 billion• Actively coordinate/collaborate with globally dispersed project management team: London, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Fano, and Kuwait City. Serving as the focal point for all things related to engineering systems• Manage a globally dispersed team of SmartPlant subject matter experts: S3D, SPEL, SPI, and SPPID • Oversight of ESIM technical assurance responsibilities/activities, management of change, and interface solutions to address technical engineering systems issues for client
