The B30 Civil Asset Care Project was implemented to maintain the structural stability and nuclear integrity of B30 and its associated plants, This portfolio of Civil tasks includes Roof Replacements, Office Refurbishments, Pipebridge Refurbishment, Access Issues, Pond related tasks and demolition of various facilities. The management of a number of work packages to the value of £3.0million. My key responsibilities in this role include the following: – - QC Strategy- NEC3 Contract Management Interface procedures- Risk Management- Stakeholder Management- Project Management and Planning- Financial Management and Control- Resource Management- Programme Monitoring & Reporting- Management and Tracking of KPI’s- Tactics and Strategy- Efficiency and Improvement Monitoring- Procurement Management- EIM&T requirements in accordance with Safety Case- Ensure CDM Regulations are adhered to.- NII Liaison
