I ensure effective operations across all business functions (sales, marketing, fulfillment & service) for our multimillion $ B2B & D2C e-commerce business. I introduced & implemented EOS rhythms, and ensure company-wide alignment as the Integrator, including facilitating a mission/vision/values discovery process, leading annual & quarterly strategic planning, and overseeing weekly execution. I oversee all accounting/finance/tax functions (incl. budgeting, AP, cash mgmt, reporting & analysis). I successfully implemented and oversee our national sales tax compliance efforts. I manage all HR functions & supervise 2 direct reports. I managed the successful implementation of more efficient systems for Inventory Mgmt, Customer Experience, Purchasing, and Communications.

I collaborated with client leadership to create departmental and organization-wide strategic plans and pathways for implementation. I provided leadership development & coaching in a range of subjects, professional (e.g. management skills, strategic planning, leadership) & personal (e.g. self-awareness, emotional intelligence, relationships).

I conducted culture assessments to distill & articulate clients' active organizational culture, diagnose strengths & weaknesses, and propose processes for sustainable change. I conducted full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, assessing, and recommending candidate placement for clients.

I partnered with the Lead Pastor to plan, integrate and cultivate organization-wide unity and alignment. I led 4 staff and 3 volunteer pastors through a 1.5 year values discovery & mission clarification process, culminating in an actionable 10-year vision. I established systems to support organization-wide alignment and follow-through across all 7 ministry areas in service of 10-year objectives. I led the relational and logistical dimensions of a $850K budget restructuring and implementation. I supervised 2 staff, developed 2 pastor candidates, mentored 6 key volunteer leaders, counseled 15-20 members annually, and prepared & delivered 40 min sermons 8x/year.

I partnered with Lead Pastor to guide staff, elders and members into a new identity and the operational realities as a standalone entity. I relaunched the church's largest ministry (9 groups, 3 coaches, 25 leaders, 120 participants) with newly clarified objectives, enhanced support structures, and defined growth & development pathways for leaders. I developed the concept, implemented & oversaw a church-wide pre-emptive care plan, facilitating 400 proactive member touch-points per year. I provided 1-on-1 & couples counseling and oversaw a professional counselor referral network of 40 counselors. I completed phases 1 & 2 of ACBC's counseling certification process.

I co-led the multi-site network (4 sites, 12 staff, 500 members) strategically & relationally through the founder's transition and a subsequent merger. I stabilized the Upper East Side (UES) Site (30 leaders, 150 members) through vision-casting, strategic planning, and trust-based interpersonal leadership after the founder's departure. I supervised 2 UES Site staff. I counseled and led personal development of 10-15 UES Site members at a time. I prepared & delivered 40 min sermons monthly.

I performed due diligence, developed a strategic plan, launched, and cultivated a volunteer-led group counseling service supporting all 3 network sites. I identified, recruited, and oversaw training of an 8-member volunteer counseling team. I developed and oversaw a professional counseling referral network of 40 counselors. I curated curriculum, developed strategy, implemented, and led a network-wide premarital counseling service for 40 participants annually.

I collaborated with the Lead Pastor to clarify and implement all facets of organizational vision to launch and maintain a healthy, self-sustaining church community in city-center Manhattan. I developed and implemented scalable systems and structures to support church growth from 100 up to 450 attenders. I administrated all HR (8 employees), legal, business, and financial matters ($1M budget) to ensure operational readiness on all fronts. I regularly mentored and directed personal development of 20 members at a time.

I was a top performing analyst each year based on reviews and performance-based bonuses. I served medium to large public & private companies with $70M-$2B market valuations. I worked directly with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, Bus Dev VPs, consulting firms, corporate lawyers, PE & VC investors, and supporting staff through due diligence, drafting sessions, financial modeling, and sell-side / buy-side processes. I gained extensive financial modeling experience using Excel to value companies through various methodologies: pro forma combination, leveraged buyout, public & acquisition comparables, and discounted cash flow / sum-of-parts analyses. I prepared client presentations regarding potential financing & strategic alternatives, board presentations, confidential investment solicitation materials, equity offering roadshow presentations, and sales memoranda.

I identified and presented to management the root causes of Accounts Payable process deficiencies, aggregating information from ~75 interviews with IT, A/P, Purchasing, & Executive Personnel. The preventative programs that I developed and implemented eliminated $1,000,000 in duplicate payments.
