With over 11 years of experience as a certified CMT technician and construction superintendent, I have a proven track record of delivering quality assurance and delegation skills in various construction projects. Currently, I lead the field operations and oversee the subcontractors at RRC Construction, a reputable company that specializes in commercial and industrial construction. I hold an ACI Level 1 certification, a Nuclear Gauge Operator Safety and Hazmat DOT certification, and an SB101 certification, which demonstrate my expertise and knowledge in concrete, asphalt, and soil testing and inspection. I also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, which I use to create and manage reports and documents. My mission is to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while also fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
