I am a Police Co-Ordinator/Liaison Associate at Irwin Mitchell, a leading UK full-service law firm that I joined after nearly 17 years of Police service with Merseyside Police, 12 years of which as a supervisor or manager. I have extensive experience and knowledge in collision and crime investigation, management, leading teams and training.In my current role, I leverage my network and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote the firm's reputation and services. I deliver training and CPD packages to UK police forces as a subject matter expert, based on my own practice and experience but also being highly motivated conduct extensive research on emerging trends, best practice, and law. I also provide expert advice and support to the firm's solicitors and clients, helping them achieve justice and expert support for their injuries and losses. My mission is to enhance the capabilities and outcomes of police investigations and to improve the lives of victims and their families.
