I am an ACE Certified Health Coach, NASM certified personal trainer, certified TRX instructor and Stage IV cancer survivor. I have developed my health coaching style from own experiences and passion for physical training to create a well rounded and holistic approach to personal training.I began fitness training at the age of 13 and have always made exercise a regular part of my daily routine. I competed at a high level in sports as a young man receiving All League recognition in Football and also hold a candidate to Black Belt from Hap Do Sol Korean martial arts. I combine many of the principles and philosophy I've studied in my training style.In 2006 I was diagnosed with stage IV Non-Hodkgins Burkitts Lymphoma and was given only days to live. By the grace of god and with a mantra of “strong mind, strong body” I was able to complete treatment, over come my cancer and I'm still going strong 8 years later.
