We get a data feed of properties which are on the market and we push them to use us. This is a competitive job. This role is very target based. The job role consists of building a healthy client base as well as being required to be first aid qualified. I am required to run classes as well as tour new members and give gym inductions. i am also required to encourage and maintain sales. In a day to day setting I would arrive at the gym at 6am do pool checks and get on with 8-12 clients a day on a consistent basis, This job wouldn’t end with the time in the gym I would consistently do check in’s with clients and build nutrition plans for them too.

The job role consists of calling previous mortgage clients and arranging mortgage reviews. I am expected to work to set targets. We are required to arrange a minimum of 8 appointments a day with 65 connected calls. Throughout the time period i have worked there i have achieved multiple achiever of the month awards. We are home to a ice Hockey team called MK Lightning, This team brings a average crowd of 2300 people to a game so making sure the bar is ran efficiently and safely is key.
