I am an experienced leader in operations, project management, and business improvement, focused on driving organizational success through innovative solutions and strategic leadership. With over a decade of experience, I've developed strong skills in data analysis, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement.Currently, I work as the Senior Placement Coordinator in Data & TechOps at Arizona State University's Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. I use technology and data to enhance placement strategies, ensuring students find valuable learning and professional development opportunities. My role involves mentoring Placement Coordinators, improving application and placement processes, conducting compliance audits, and creating reports to guide strategic decisions.Before ASU, I was the Assistant Director of the St. Aloysius Gonzaga Program and an English Teacher at Notre Dame Prep, where I developed custom curricula and led content teams. I also taught English and Language Arts at Vista del Sur Accelerated Academy and St. Fabian Catholic School.I have an MA in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Teacher Preparation - Secondary English & Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
