My construction litigation experience includes all aspects of Builders' Liens, caveats, and certificates of lis pendens, as well as investigations, construction financing, completion and performance disputes, and contractor malfeasance. In litigating oil and gas matters, I’m able to capitalize on my working knowledge and industry experience gained through years as a geophysical technical service consultant. In regards to employment law, being a litigator first as well as a lawyer, I know how to avoid potential legal issues as well as how to best protect against and address litigation issues should they arise.I have successfully appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada and in response to application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
